Lauren Falconer is a mompreneur, music lover, teacher, and the proud mommy of two handsome
and active boys (Jude, 3 and Cy, 1). Relationships are her focus and community is her priority! There is no more powerful community than that which surrounds your precious family and makes you
a part of its fabric. Why shouldn’t that community be fun, musical and filled with dance parties and giggles galore!?
Lauren is a Junior and Senior high school teacher with nearly a decade of educational experience. Working with children all over the world as an educator, and as a Children’s Ministry Director, Lauren has more than 17 years of experience working with children. Music is her essence, as she sang before she could talk, danced before she could walk, and acted - well….most of her adolescent life! The child of two parents in the music industry and a regular performer, Lauren is comfortable both back and center stage. Committed to step away from the classroom to spend a couple of vital years with her young boys, she was compelled to create Little Beats.
“At our Little Beats music classes, every child has the chance to create and take their own stage, deepening their confidence through an exploration of music and dance," she said. "Our kids will be invited to play instruments, express themselves through movement, and build community in a fun, interactive, class.”
The inspiration for Little Beats came when Lauren was home with her boys and in search of a music class that would fit her family’s busy lifestyle. With two young children in tow, she couldn’t find any affordable music or dance classes they could all attend that did not require a months-long and expensive commitment. This search resulted in the epiphone that led her lifelong vision to become a reality. Little Beats was born on the premise that every child is born a music maker and should be given the opportunity to rock! It is Lauren's mission to provide every family with the chance to sing and dance together, and then bring the party home...a part of their lives! As Little Beats expands, Lauren is passionate about employing talented Mommies who have the need and opportunity to bring their little ones with them to work and to share music and dance with the world.
